Kindred’s CEO, Stacey Touma, is passionate about creating innovative, contemporary, evidence-informed approaches to supporting families with children with disability.

She brings to the organisation extensive Operational, Project and Event Management experience from across the corporate, not-for-profit, and professional sporting sectors. And she draws from her lived experiences of raising a son with disability.

Stacey represents Kindred on numerous committees, working groups and reference groups at a Government and community level, promoting better outcomes and supports and supports for children with disability and their families.

She takes a strengths-based approach to her role and life, shifting the focus away from deficits to a place where people are seen for what they can do. And is passionate about inclusion in education and the community.

On the weekends, you will find Stacey, her husband Mark and three kids exploring new playgrounds, cafes and markets.
